River & June — Shipping Information

We aim to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders placed on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During promotional periods or high-volume sales events, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.


ORDER PROCESSING

After your order has been confirmed and verified, processing typically takes between 1–6 business days before shipment.

Once dispatched, your package will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment warehouse.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Average estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: approximately 7–12 business days
  • Peak periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or other high-demand events): up to 2–3 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

If an order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, eligible customers may request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.


TRACKING & SHIPPING SECURITY

All shipments include tracking information so customers can monitor delivery progress.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.


IMPORTANT DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already entered processing or shipping stages, we may be unable to modify the shipment.

In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refunds will not be issued. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Unclaimed packages

If the carrier cannot successfully deliver a package, a delivery notice may be left for collection or re-delivery instructions.

If the package is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to the fulfillment facility. In such cases, refund eligibility may be denied.


Address changes after dispatch

Once an order has shipped, delivery address changes are usually no longer possible because shipments are handled by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing their order.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

River & June is not responsible for customs-related charges, import delays, or clearance procedures.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, external factors outside our control may occasionally affect shipping, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Seasonal demand
  • International logistics delays

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


PRODUCT & BRAND INFORMATION

River & June does not sell branded designer products and does not include external brand logos on its items.


RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our return policy.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
